We at Cleveland Children’s Clinic strongly recommend the regular scheduling of “check-ups” or well-child examinations to our patients as part of proactive pediatric care.

We urge parents to utilize these appointments to address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their child’s health, development, behavior and overall well-being.

Well child visits are scheduled during the 1st week of life at 3-5 days or 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months, then annually.

During each of these well-child checkups, we conduct specific tests and assessments as advised by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), including developmental screenings, vision and hearing tests, depression screenings, and immunizations.
