The Cleveland Children’s Clinic is seeking to hire a LPC, LCSW, or LFMT to provide counseling services to our pediatric patient population.

As a Therapist / Counselor you will work to proactively meet the needs of our patients and their families in needs of mental health / behavior therapy. You will work directly with our Pediatrician to work on appropriate assessment and treatment plans based individual's needs. You should

• be willing to accommodate patients based on their individual needs.
• Provide culturally appropriate, compassionate care for patients and their families.
• demonstrate patience and empathy when caring for patients.
• be flexible in approach when working with children
• work diligently to make them feel safe, comfortable and well cared for.
• properly documents all patient encounters in a timely fashioned.
• offer therapy sessions with the entire family when necessary
• maintain strict patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
• be willing to offer sessions both in-person and via telehealth
