Self-pay patients are always welcome.  We offer discounted rate when payments are made at the time of service and payment plans. 

We also offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program for patients who qualify.  No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income
