Allysa McNeer, MSN, CPNP-PC

Allysa McNeer, MSN, CPNP-PC, is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner wAllysa McNeer, MSN, CPNP-PC, is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with nine years of clinical experience in newborn and pediatric care as both a Registered Nurse and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She previously served as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Newborn Nursery with the University of Mississippi Medical Center at Delta Health System, where she provided comprehensive newborn assessments, attended high-risk deliveries, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based, family-centered care.

Throughout her nursing career, Allysa has gained extensive experience in Level IV NICU, labor and delivery, home health, vascular access, and pediatric primary care settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Delta State University and her Master of Science in Nursing in Pediatric Primary Care from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Allysa is passionate about family-centered care, strong parent education, and partnering with families to help every child grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. Allysa and her husband are the proud parents of two young daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and traveling with her family. She is also an active member of First Baptist Church of Cleveland and feels grateful to serve families in the community she calls home!
